Chitose City Disaster Prevention Learning Exchange Center “Sonya” is a pseudo experience of various disasters such as earthquakes and fires, as a keyword “learn, experience and comprises” disasters. While, you can learn actions when knowledge and disasters on disaster prevention occur. We also use it as a base facility for disaster prevention learning, such as disaster prevention courses, emergency classes, and training of voluntary disaster prevention organizations.
