It is a water supply facility designed by Jiro Inoue and built in the upper reaches of the Tsukisamu River in 1902 for the 25th Regiment of the 7th Division Infantry of the former Army, which was built, brick and wooden. On a cylindrical brick foundation with an inner diameter of 1.5 m and a height of 6.6 m, a hexagonal plane, a clapboard, a wooden body with vertical windows, and a hexagonal pyramid roof are placed.
