It takes place in the pond in the Japanese garden in Nakajima Park every year on August 15th. About 800 lanterns are available, and around 18:09 that the percentage starts to be dark, the lighted lanterns are flowed to the pond in the Japanese garden. The light launcher blows out while illuminating the darkness, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
